Get a fresh perspective on what's holding you back.

For small businesses who feel stuck and want to build momentum.

Being busy isn't the same as growing.

Do you feel like your business has reached a plateau?

You and the team are as busy as ever, but you're not moving forward?

The reason is rarely obvious on the inside when you're running the operation. That's when I get called in.

I'm Andrea. I've worked with hundreds of businesses in Australia and across the Asia Pacific, helping owners see what's holding things back and decide what to do about it.

Sometimes, it takes a fresh set of eyes to see the options and unlock the potential.

The problem

Businesses don't usually stall for the reasons their owners think.

You've built something that works. The clients have come, the reputation has grown, and for a long time momentum has done a lot of the heavy lifting. Then somewhere along the way things have flattened out.

In my experience the plateau almost always traces back to one or more of five areas:

Diagram: leadership, direction, pipeline, client relationships and infrastructure surrounding your business
Leadership
The business still depends on you for too much, and your time goes to delivery instead of direction.
Direction & Positioning
The story you're telling the market reflects who you were, not who you're becoming.
Sales Pipeline
New work arrives through reputation and luck rather than anything you'd call predictable.
Client relationships
Good clients drift away quietly, not because anything went wrong, but because nobody was deliberately holding on to them.
Infrastructure & Systems
The systems that got you here are straining under what the business has become.

So which one is it? That's the hardest question to answer from the inside —
and it's the one I help you answer.

How I help

The Fresh Perspective Review

We take a structured look at your business across all five areas. It starts with a short questionnaire, followed by two focused working sessions with me. You receive a written report outlining what's working, what isn't and what to prioritise. We then discuss it together so it becomes a living, breathing roadmap, not just a document that sits on your desk.

I have deliberately designed the Fresh Perspective Diagnostic to be a clearly defined piece of work that takes days, not months. You gain an honest picture of where your business stands, and a practical view of what to do next to achieve your objectives.

Where it can lead

For some people, the report provides all the information they need. They know what to do and get on with the job of implementing.

Others would prefer that I stayed involved, either as a regular sounding board, keeping them accountable, or more hands-on, helping put the changes in place.

And if you already know what you need — a market entry strategy, a project you've scoped, a problem you've been considering for months — we can start directly with that.

About Andrea

I like helping people solve their problems.

I've spent my career helping organisations reach their next stage — initially from within, and since 2010 through Amplify Me, my own consultancy. I've had an incredibly varied career, which has informed my work and the insights I provide.

I've worked with more than 150 businesses across Australia and the Asia Pacific: ranging from tourism operators and hotel groups, councils and destination networks, to technology companies entering new markets and founders building their first export strategy. My work has included delivering market entry programs with Enterprise Singapore, DFAT and Investment NSW on behalf of Haymarket HQ, as well as sitting on boards and advisory bodies, including the NSW Premier's Rural, Remote and Regional Advisory Council.

What ties it together is simple: I like solving problems and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes. My work has spanned different sectors and countries, and sometimes even different languages. The common denominator is that it usually involves identifying the same underlying patterns, leading to the same satisfaction derived from helping a capable person see their business clearly and move forward.
